My abdomen looks like the Elephant Man's head,
twisted, lumpy, scarred, asymmetrical
The autistic guy jumps from the roof,
returns and asks for chicken breasts
I talk calmly to him about the Giraffe and the Octopus,
of things dangerous and things disobedient
There must be some order to this,
something I can make sense of.
